When and where is the Auction?

The Emerald Heights Academy Annual Auction Gala will take place on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at the InterContinental Bellevue
(850 Avenue Square NE, Bellevue, WA 98004).

What time should I arrive?

The evening begins with a cocktail reception at 5:30 PM. We encourage guests to arrive early to enjoy refreshments, connect with other EHA families, and view the live auction items on display ahead of the program.

Is this an in-person event?

Yes. This is an in-person event for guests 21 and over.

What should I wear?

The theme is “Hearts That Shine – A Great Gatsby Evening for Good.” Cocktail or formal attire with a touch of vintage glamour is encouraged, but not required and completely optional.

When will tickets go on sale?

Tickets go on sale on January 12. Credit card pre-registration is required.

Is there early-bird pricing?

Yes. Early-bird ticket pricing ends on February 28.

Can I sit with friends?

Yes. Seating requests may be made at the time of ticket purchase. We do our best to accommodate all requests.

Do I have to attend the Auction to support EHA?

No. While we love celebrating together, you can support Emerald Heights Academy whether or not you attend by donating, sponsoring, or participating online.

Do I have to buy something if I attend?

No. Attendance does not require bidding or purchasing. Simply being present supports the mission of our school.

Do I have to donate an item?

Yes. Each EHA family is asked to contribute $300 in donated auction items or a monetary donation.

When is procurement due?

Family procurement is due by February 1.

How do I submit my item or donation?

Submission instructions and forms will be provided. Physical items may be dropped off at the school office; digital items may be submitted electronically.

Need ideas?

Yes. A Wish List was shared with EHA parents to make outreach easy and approachable.

What is the silent auction?

The silent auction features a wide range of items available for digital bidding before and during the event.

How does the live auction work?

Select experiences and packages are auctioned live during dinner. Guests bid from their seats with guidance from the auctioneer.

Will there be a raffle?

Yes! Raffle tickets may be purchased in advance by emailing auction@emeraldheights.org or the day of the auction. Winners are announced during the evening.

What is Fund-Our-Future?

Fund-Our-Future is a special moment during the evening where guests may make a direct gift supporting a specific, high-impact need at Emerald Heights Academy. 100% of donations go directly to the school.

Can I bid if I can’t attend?

Yes. Select items will be available through the online silent auction, allowing participation from anywhere.

How do I pick up my items?

Most items may be picked up at the event or after. Instructions for any follow-up coordination will be provided after checkout.
